1. Who this information applies to
This information applies to consumers who enter into a distance contract with Storytelling With Love to which the Austrian Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz (FAGG) applies. Business customers do not have the statutory FAGG withdrawal right described here.
2. Consumer right of withdrawal
Unless a statutory exception applies or the right has lawfully expired, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
For the services and digital content offered by Storytelling With Love, the withdrawal period generally expires fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform:

You must communicate your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by email or letter. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but use of the model form is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
3. Online withdrawal function
Where your contract was concluded through an online user interface and a statutory withdrawal right exists, you may also use the online withdrawal function made available by Storytelling With Love on the relevant online interface. Open the online withdrawal function. The function is labelled “Vertrag widerrufen” or with an equivalent unambiguous formulation.
The online function allows you to identify yourself and the contract or part of the contract from which you wish to withdraw and to provide or confirm the electronic contact details to which the acknowledgement should be sent. After you submit the declaration through the confirmation function, you will receive an acknowledgement on a durable medium without undue delay containing the content of your withdrawal declaration and the date and time of receipt.
The online withdrawal function is an additional way to exercise the right. You may still withdraw by any other unequivocal statement permitted by law, including email.
4. Effects of withdrawal
If you validly withdraw from the contract, Storytelling With Love will reimburse the payments received from you in relation to the withdrawn contract or part of the contract without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which Storytelling With Love is informed of your decision to withdraw. Where applicable, this includes delivery costs, except additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered.
Reimbursement will normally be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged a reimbursement fee by Storytelling With Love.
5. Services requested to begin during the withdrawal period
If you expressly request that a paid service begin during the fourteen-day withdrawal period and you later withdraw before the service has been fully performed, you may be required to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided, compared with the full contractual service, but only where the statutory information and declaration requirements have been satisfied.
For a paid service, the withdrawal right is lost because of full performance only where the service has been fully performed and the statutory requirements for early performance and acknowledgement of the loss of the right have been met. The first session of a multi-session or multi-week coaching service does not, by itself, constitute full performance of the entire service.
Booking or paying for a service alone does not constitute a waiver of the statutory withdrawal right.
6. Digital content supplied before the withdrawal period expires
For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, such as an immediately accessible downloadable PDF, the statutory withdrawal right is lost on commencement of performance only if all legally required conditions have been met. In particular, you must have expressly consented to performance beginning before expiry of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal when performance begins, and received the legally required contract confirmation containing the relevant information.
The fact that a product is digital, downloadable or available immediately does not by itself remove the statutory right of withdrawal. Payment alone does not replace the legally required consent and acknowledgement.
7. Statutory exceptions
In addition to the rules above, Austrian law provides specific situations in which no statutory withdrawal right exists. If Storytelling With Love relies on a statutory exception for a particular offer, you will be informed clearly before you submit the order. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Rescheduling and event-transfer requests
A request to reschedule a coaching appointment or transfer an event booking is not automatically a declaration of withdrawal. If you wish to exercise the statutory right of withdrawal, your communication should make clear that you are withdrawing from the contract.
Any voluntary rescheduling or transfer rule in the Terms of Service is separate from the statutory withdrawal right and does not shorten a withdrawal period that exists under law. In particular, the A Chapter of My Life transfer rule requiring at least 14 days’ notice before the event does not shorten or replace a statutory withdrawal right.
9. Missing or incorrect withdrawal information
Any statutory extension of the withdrawal period that applies where legally required withdrawal information has not been provided correctly remains unaffected.
10. Model withdrawal form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract. You may also use your own unequivocal wording or, where applicable, the online withdrawal function.
